When to choose this subscription?

This subscription is a good option if you:

  • Have reached the AOW age
  • Are in possession of a Rijswijk Ooievaarspas.
  • Always want to travel for free on HTM's trams and buses* (also during weekends and rush hours!).

* Except HTM Nightbus.

Good to know

With this season ticket, elderly people (over AOW age) with a Haagse Ooievaarspas can travel for free with HTM.

  • This season ticket requires a Personal OV-chipkaart.
  • Apply for this pass to the Gemeente Den Haag
  • After being informed by the Municipality, activate the season ticket on the Personal OV-chipkaart at a loading machine. From that moment the season ticket is active.

  1. Purchase a personal OV-chipkaart (one-off €7.50). This card is valid for 5 years.
  2. Register with the Gemeente Rijswijk or Gemeente Den Haag. They will place the season ticket on the OV-chipkaart.
  3. As soon as the product is ready, you will receive a message. Activate the product at a loading machine. You can now travel with the product.
